Built in the XVII century and restored in 1945 by the Pasettifamily, it is a fine example of a Baroque aristocratic home with park. Once one of the assets of the Bishop as a place where the bishops of Mantua spent their holidays, it repeatedly hosted, as a guest of the Bishop, Pope Sarto (1884 – 1893), who later became known as his Holiness Pope Pius X. The building was transferred in 1974 to the Curia of Bologna. Today it is used as a Nursing Home.
