A converted barn that retains many of its original features. They grow sweet corn, wheat and barley for livestock, fruit and vegetables. Limousine cattle, hens, rabbits, pigeons and pigs are also reared here.

The risotto is made with their own salame and garden vegetables, pumpkin tortelli and fresh home-made pasta, roast meats, bistecca alla fiorentina, T-bone steaks and fillet of beef. Home-made desserts and liqueurs, honey, mostarda and preserves.
