In our farm the truffle can be found all year round. Our truffle based dishes are prepared respecting the ancient family traditions and the cycle of the seasons.

Our products, mustards – jams – preserves, are prepared in small quantities, with entirely handmade processing and great attention to detail and quality … just like the tradition tells.
